Application for Class Retake

  • Grade limit for retaking courses: C+ or lower is allowed.
  • Grade after retaking the course: A0 or lower possible (A+ not possible)
  • When printing transcripts, indicate ‘R’ in the name of the course before retaking (applicable from the 2017 class)
  • Limit the number of course retakes (strengthening the strictness of academic management and introducing standard guidelines for general universities)
    1) Up to 6 credits per semester are allowed, but no more than 3 courses are allowed.
    2) Retaking the same subject is allowed up to 2 times in total.
    * Required courses for graduation are excluded from the re-enrollment criteria.

Absence excuse letter

※ In order to strictly manage attendance and prevent some students from manipulating attendance documents (cases of submitting forged or falsified medical certificates, etc.), the documents submitted for reasons for absence will be changed as follows. ※

  • Implementation : From the first semester of 2020
  • Documents required after change
    1) Explanation for Absence (Elective)
    2) Hospital medical certificate (medical treatment confirmation not possible)
    3) Hospital receipt
  • Attendance-related standards
    1) Attendance: A student attends classes for courses offered in regular or seasonal semesters.
    2) If you do not attend before even if it is the course registration change period, you will be treated as absent.
    3) If you wish to receive recognition for attendance, you must submit the relevant documents within 7 days before or after the relevant class date.
